2-hour Workshop
Have you always wanted to keep a journal or diary but don’t know where to start. In this 2 hour workshop participants will learn about the dying art of diary/journal keeping and why our society has lost something important be letting this practice fall by the wayside. Learn the benefits of journal writing and how it assists you to make the mind, body, spirit connection – and learn how to do it in a creative way.
Fee - $40+hst per participant- includes workshop supplies
