'Yoga Flow', a flowing style of Hatha Yoga that combines

many postures in a continuous program flowing

We offer the above class at the following introductory rates:

If you pay for one class at a time it is $6+hst ($6.78) per class

or $50+hst for 10 classes... this will increase soon.

Chakra Balancing Yoga (8 Sessions)

Monday Evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm (Starting February 8, 2010)

This class draws from a variety of profoundly healing yogic techniques to help students employ asana, visualization, mantra and breathing exercises to clear body/mind and balance the 7 main energy centers. Interested in evolving? Letting your life force flow more freely? Then please join us this winter and get tuned up for spring. Healing Yoga practices to tone your energy system and open your heart. BRING YOUR YOGA MAT.

Learn methods of investigating the hidden meaning behind your dreams with the goal of clarifying your own personal symbolism. With the increased self-awareness that comes from this reflective practice people often become better at manifesting more peace and wellness in their daily
lives. Bring one of your dreams to share with the class, even a snippet will do, and learn yogic techniques to help you uncover your personal dream symbolism. BRING YOUR YOGA MAT, PEN AND NOTEBOOK.
